第1段

中文	你们要赞美耶和华。我的心哪，你要赞美耶和华。
英文	Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

第2段

中文	我一生要赞美耶和华。我还活的时候要歌颂我的神。
英文	While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

第3段

中文	你们不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人。他一点不能帮助。
英文	Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

第4段

中文	他的气一断，就归回尘土。他所打算的，当日就消灭了。
英文	His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

第5段

中文	以雅各的神为帮助，仰望耶和华他神的，这人便为有福。
英文	Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

第6段

中文	耶和华造天，地，海，和其中的万物。他守诚实，直到永远。
英文	Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

中文	他为受屈的伸冤，赐食物与饥饿的。耶和华释放被囚的。
英文	Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

中文	耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛。耶和华扶起被压下的人。耶和华喜爱义人。
英文	The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

第9段

中文	耶和华保护寄居的，扶持孤儿和寡妇，却使恶人的道路弯曲。
英文	The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

第10段

中文	耶和华要作王，直到永远。锡安哪，你的神要作王，直到万代。你们要赞美耶和华。
英文	The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
