第1段

中文	（上行之诗）凡敬畏耶和华，遵行他道的人便为有福。
英文	Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.

第2段

中文	你要吃劳碌得来的。你要享福，事情顺利。
英文	For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

第3段

中文	你妻子在你的内室，好像多结果子的葡萄树。你儿女围绕你的桌子，好像橄榄栽子。
英文	Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

第4段

中文	看哪，敬畏耶和华的人，必要这样蒙福。
英文	Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.

第5段

中文	愿耶和华从锡安赐福给你。愿你一生一世，看见耶路撒冷的好处。
英文	The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

第6段

中文	愿你看见你儿女的儿女。愿平安归于以色列。
英文	Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
