第1段

中文	（大卫的诗）耶和华阿，求你听我的祷告，留心听我的恳求，凭你的信实和公义应允我。
英文	Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.

第2段

中文	求你不要审问仆人。因为在你面前，凡活着的人，没有一个是义的。
英文	And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.

第3段

中文	原来仇敌逼迫我，将我打倒在地，使我住在幽暗之处，像死了许久的人一样。
英文	For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.

第4段

中文	所以，我的灵在我里面发昏。我的心在我里面凄惨。
英文	Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.

第5段

中文	我追想古时之日，思想你的一切作为，默念你手的工作。
英文	I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.

第6段

中文	我向你举手。我的心渴想你，如乾旱之地盼雨一样。（细拉）
英文	I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.

第7段

中文	耶和华阿，求你速速应允我。我心神耗尽。不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一样。
英文	Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.

第8段

中文	求你使我清晨得听你慈爱之言，因我倚靠你。求你使我知道当行的路，因我的心仰望你。
英文	Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.

第9段

中文	耶和华阿，求你救我脱离我的仇敌。我往你那里藏身。
英文	Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.

第10段

中文	求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的神。你的灵本为善。求你引我到平坦之地。
英文	Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

第11段

中文	耶和华阿，求你为你的名将我救活。凭你的公义，将我从患难中领出来。
英文	Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.

第12段

中文	凭你的慈爱剪除我的仇敌，灭绝一切苦待我的人，因我是你的仆人。
英文	And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
